Agent identification in evaluation records

Evaluation records were not correctly linking the responsible agent.
This has been fixed, evaluations are now properly associated with the user, ensuring better traceability and clearer records.

Fixed navigation between New Interface and Legacy

When accessing Home or Settings through the Legacy interface, some users were getting “stuck” and couldn’t return to the Chat.
This behavior has been corrected — navigation between the New Interface and Legacy now works smoothly, without blocks or unexpected redirects.

Improved message processing performance

We optimized the update query on the messages table.
In practice, this improves overall platform performance, especially for operations with a high volume of conversations and messages.

Correct access to the Dispatcher (Poli Marketing)

In some cases, Poli Marketing was opening in the wrong module (MAPI 2-Tier Ads Manager) instead of the Legacy Dispatcher.
This redirect has been fixed — access now always opens in the correct module, avoiding confusion and rework.

File preview issue fixed

Some agents were seeing blank screens when opening PDFs or spreadsheets inside the chat.
This issue has been resolved — files now display correctly, ensuring immediate access to shared information.
