Automatic chat update after API-based assignment

For some customers, when a chat was assigned via API, the conversation was not automatically updated in the interface.
This behavior has been fixed — chats now reflect the assignment in real time, ensuring continuity and avoiding confusion during support.

Scheduling text messages with an open WABA window

Previously, it was not possible to schedule text messages even when the WABA conversation window was open.
This flow has been adjusted — scheduling now works correctly, respecting WhatsApp rules and giving agents more flexibility.

Templates sorted alphabetically

Templates were previously displayed in creation order, making them harder to find.
They are now sorted alphabetically, making daily use faster and improving productivity.

Fixed text formatting in the message input field

Long messages were causing formatting issues in the typing area, making it harder to write and review content.
This has been fixed — text formatting now remains stable even with longer messages.

Improved stability for quick reply formatting

In some cases, quick replies were intermittently losing emoji formatting, line breaks, and spacing.
This issue has been resolved — quick replies now consistently preserve their original formatting.

AI summary now respects customer settings

The AI-generated conversation summary was being displayed during forwarding even when the feature was disabled.
This behavior has been corrected — summaries are now shown only when the feature is enabled for the customer.
