🔄 Duplicate Contact Fix (Z-API)

We fixed an issue that caused duplicate contacts when receiving messages through Z-API integrations.
The system now automatically detects and merges duplicate records, ensuring cleaner and more accurate contact data.

💰 New Credit Tracking Column

We added a new tracking column (credits_count) to improve visibility and accuracy in credit usage reporting.
This update brings greater transparency to credit management across operations.

🎯 New Interface — performance and usability enhancements

Keyboard shortcuts and message flow improvements

• Fixed an issue that prevented users from pasting messages using Ctrl + V in the chat input field.
• Added new keyboard shortcuts for quick replies and templates, making message sending faster and smoother.
• Introduced the “/” shortcut for quicker access to templates and saved messages.

Reading and navigation experience

• Fixed an issue where audio playback stopped when older messages were loaded.
• Adjusted the last message preview in the conversation list, which was previously cut off.
• The “Unread” filter now works properly when combined with the agent filter and no longer shows closed conversations.
• Added Protocols, improving traceability and context in support conversations.

Interface and accessibility adjustments

• Corrected the button alignment in the contact header on mobile devices for a cleaner layout.
• Users can now open files directly from the chat without downloading them first.
• Added validation to prevent errors when the password field is left empty.
