Media uploads without blocking the chat
Images, videos, and other files are now uploaded asynchronously, allowing operators to continue using the chat normally during uploads.
This makes conversations more agile and avoids interruptions in the flow.

Visual adjustments on the chat screen
The desktop chat interface has been refined to provide a cleaner reading experience and more comfortable navigation:

• The platform background is now fully white, improving visual clarity.
• Unnecessary spacing between the chat list and the open conversation has been removed.
• More balanced spacing when viewing contact details, improving screen organization.

These adjustments align the experience with design prototypes and ensure consistency across all environments, including whitelabel partners.

Correct formatting in long messages
Long messages now properly preserve spacing when typing or pasting text, ensuring formatting is maintained when sending and improving readability for recipients.

More visible and easily identifiable links
Links sent in the chat now have clear visual indicators, making them easier to identify and clearly clickable.

Complete template list in scheduling
Message scheduling now correctly displays all available templates and allows searching by name.
This speeds up campaign creation and reduces the time spent selecting the ideal template.

More objective “Assigned to me” filter
The filter now displays only chats that are currently in progress and assigned to the user, making prioritization easier and reducing operational noise.

Faster and more responsive chat opening
Conversation loading time has been optimized, ensuring the message input field is immediately available, without delays that impact service.
