Clearer navigation between the New Interface and the Legacy version
We updated the return button text to clearly indicate the option to exit the beta version (New Interface), making it easier to switch back to the legacy interface when desired.

More stable access to chat side features
Navigation through the chat sidebar (notes, orders, and scheduled messages) has been improved to ensure immediate and consistent access to features, without requiring multiple clicks.

Automatic conversation reopening within the 24-hour window
In some cases, the conversation window did not open automatically, requiring a page refresh. Now, the conversation automatically reopens when a customer reply is received within the service window, ensuring continuity without the need to reload the page.

More consistent last message preview in the chat list
The display of the last message preview in the chat list has been adjusted to avoid empty fields, providing better visibility and context for users.

More secure message scheduling
The time field in message scheduling now only allows controlled selection, preventing manual input and ensuring greater sending accuracy.

More control over the “no channel connected” notice
The notice displayed when no channel is connected in the New Interface can now be closed by the user.
This improvement provides greater autonomy in navigation and avoids unnecessary interruptions during platform use.
