Poli continues to evolve its platform to deliver greater stability, clarity, and efficiency in everyday use. Check out the main highlights 😉
This release brings important improvements focused on user experience, predictability, and consistent behavior in the New Interface, along with technical adjustments that increase data reliability and prevent incorrect error messages from being shown to users.
✨ New Interface — Coming soon for all customers
Correction of error message when scheduling messages
We fixed an issue where an error toast was displayed when scheduling a message, even though the scheduling was completed successfully.
Now, the feedback shown to users accurately reflects the result of the action, avoiding confusion and unnecessary rework.
Preservation of message preview when editing scheduled messages
When editing a scheduled message, the previously configured content is now correctly loaded in the edit screen.
This improvement prevents users from having to rewrite the message or reselect the template.
Standardization of sidebar behavior in chat
The chat sidebar behavior has been standardized to provide more predictability and consistency in the user experience:
Adjustment to the first_reply field in chat history
We fixed an issue where the first reply field was being updated more than once in the chat history, which could impact platform performance.
With this adjustment, data is now recorded consistently, ensuring greater stability and reliability.
Correction of scheduling error when using English language
We fixed an issue that displayed an error message when scheduling messages while the platform language was set to English, even though the scheduling was successful.
Now, user feedback correctly reflects the result of the action regardless of the selected language.
💡 Note
These improvements are part of our continuous platform evolution, focused on stability, predictability, and user experience.
We continue to monitor results after each update to ensure an increasingly consistent experience.
