The chat list now updates in real time without needing to switch filters or refresh the page.
This makes conversations more dynamic and ensures users always see the most up-to-date information during the operation.
Some chats would “freeze” and only open after changing the filter or opening another chat first.
This behavior has been corrected — chats now open normally with a single click, without extra steps.
When scheduling a message, it was not possible to add media (images, videos, files).
This has been fixed, and scheduled messages with media now work correctly.
The operator’s name was not appearing in the preview of the active message shown in the chat list.
This has been corrected — the preview now displays the message content along with the agent’s name in a clean and consistent layout.
The Microsoft Clarity tag has been updated in the main application file.
