🔊 Fix for audio messages

Some customers were experiencing an issue where audio messages were being sent as regular files instead of voice messages, which changed how the recipient received and played the audio.

Audio messages are now sent correctly as voice notes, preserving the natural WhatsApp-style conversation experience.

✔ Correct display of contacts with Active handover mode

In the Active handover mode, some users could see all company contacts, regardless of who the chat was actually assigned to.
This has been fixed — each agent now sees only the contacts assigned to them, ensuring better focus and organization.

✔ Removal of unnecessary toasts (alerts)

When forwarding or redirecting a chat, some notifications (toasts) appeared unnecessarily.
These have been removed, creating a cleaner experience without visual interruptions.

✔ Continuous audio playback (same as WhatsApp)

Now, when one audio finishes playing, the next one automatically starts — just like on WhatsApp.
This greatly improves the fluidity of listening to multiple voice messages in sequence.

✔ Fix for multiple audios playing at the same time

In some cases, more than one audio message played simultaneously.
This behavior has been corrected — only one audio plays at a time, as expected.

✔ Audio recording no longer persists when switching chats

An issue where audio recording remained active when switching conversations has been fixed.
Now, recording stops automatically when changing chats, preventing accidental or incorrect recordings.
