✔ Fix for chats that were “blinking”

Some users noticed that the chat list would flicker or refresh irregularly, causing visual discomfort and occasional freezing.
This issue has been resolved — the list is now stable and updates smoothly.

✔ Clear message when the user does not have access to a channel

When an agent tried to access a channel without permission, the system did not clearly explain the issue.
The interface now displays a clear message explaining the lack of access, avoiding confusion and helping the user understand what is happening.

✔ Forward chat with AI-generated summary

It is now possible to forward a chat along with the AI-generated conversation summary, making transitions between agents faster and improving internal workflow.
This feature already existed in the legacy interface and is now available in the New Interface with an updated layout.

✔ Sentry error corrections

Several internal errors were fixed to improve monitoring and increase infrastructure stability and reliability.
