🎯 New Interface — The new interface will be available to all customers soon.

Refined contact action menu
The contact action menu has been reorganized to provide a clearer and more intuitive navigation flow.
Options are now logically grouped, making it easier to view, edit, and manage customer details.

Improved display of waiting messages (waiting_message)
System-generated waiting messages have been refined to appear more clearly and in better alignment with the conversation timeline.
This enhances readability and creates a smoother communication experience.

Fixes in conversation filters
Two key improvements were applied to filter behavior:

• The department filter now returns all relevant conversations correctly.
• The unassigned chats filter for Instagram channels was corrected and now provides accurate results.

These adjustments increase the reliability and precision of conversation segmentation.

PDF loading fix
A bug that prevented PDFs from loading inside the chat has been resolved.
Users can now upload and preview PDF files seamlessly during the conversation.

Send button behavior corrected
The send button remained visible even after clearing the typed text, preventing access to audio recording.
This has been fixed, ensuring the microphone button appears correctly when the input field is empty.

Action menu (edit/delete) repositioned
The message action menu no longer overlaps the typing field.
This change ensures full visibility while editing or deleting content, improving the overall usability of the interface.
