🎯 New Interface — Coming soon to all customers

Improved Text Selection

Text selection inside conversations was inverted, making it difficult to copy, edit, or highlight specific parts of a message.
This behavior has been fixed — selecting text now works normally, making quick actions like copying snippets or reviewing long messages much easier.

Contact Label Updates

When updating a contact’s label directly from the chat list, the change wasn’t appearing immediately.
This has now been corrected. Labels update in real time, improving organization and giving instant visibility into customer status.

Better Message Editing

Message editing in the New Interface has been refined to avoid jumps, irregular behavior, and unexpected formatting issues.
Editing any message is now smoother, more predictable, and more comfortable for agents during their workflow.
