Poli continues to evolve our platform every day.
Here are the key improvements released today 😉
Some WABA messages were failing to send whenever the @lid parameter was included.
This issue has been resolved, and message delivery now works normally, ensuring stability when using templates.
When a message fails to send, it is now saved and clearly flagged inside the conversation.
This brings more clarity for agents, prevents loss of information, and makes it easier to decide whether to resend or review the content.
It is now possible to define an expiration date when creating an application token.
This improvement gives customers more control and increases integration security by allowing custom expiration periods.
Correct color for last-message timestamp
The timestamp shown in the preview of the most recent message had an incorrect color in some chats.
This has been fixed, ensuring clearer visibility and consistency with the New Interface’s visual standards.
