Poli continues to evolve our platform every day.
Check out the key improvements released today 😉
The alert shown when a WABA message fails to send has been updated (layout and text).
You now see a clearer and more objective message, making it easier to quickly identify issues related to templates, connections, or Meta API restrictions.
Poli’s AI features have been naturally translated into Spanish and English.
This enhances the experience for multilingual companies and ensures consistent responses across different languages.
Companies already enabled on the New Interface are now automatically redirected to the new chat screen, even when using old links.
This avoids confusion, reduces rework, and centralizes everything in the new experience.
The system no longer changes the communication channel unexpectedly.
This ensures the user always knows exactly which channel they are replying through.
The 24-hour messaging window is now enforced for these channels, following Meta’s official rules.
This avoids unauthorized sending attempts and gives agents a clearer, more predictable workflow.
The checkbox was difficult to click when the screen was zoomed in.
It is now fully responsive, ensuring accessibility even on enlarged displays.
When the chat was already filtered as Unread, the option shown was incorrect.
It now displays only the options that make sense in that context, avoiding confusion.
An issue that caused gray blocks and freezes in the chat list has been resolved.
This eliminates mass refreshes and results in a smoother, more stable navigation experience.
A previous change was reverted: the “Forward chat” button is back in the chat actions menu, where users expect to find it.
The “Orders” tab was opening automatically without user action.
This has been fixed, ensuring the interface remains stable and predictable during service.
These updates are part of our ongoing improvement cycle, focused on enhancing the platform’s performance, usability, and reliability.
Our technical team continuously monitors feature behavior after every release to ensure an increasingly consistent experience.
